synchronicities are fun

Did I spell that right?

Anyway, the literary funmeter has been pegged ever since spring break when I read the first book in Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. It sucked me in and hooked me big time. I read the first book, and re-read it while waiting for the second book to get shipped to my local library for pickup. I have since ordered the rest of the series in paperback from Amazon....and got 'em last Saturday, yeehah! The only other authors/series that I *had* to own are Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, and Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan series.

I have a tendancy to fall for the male heroes of these books and this one is no exception. Jamie Fraser is hot, hot, hot. And that's where the synchronicities come in. I've been seeing references to Scotland and the name James or Jamie for the last couple of days. The hymn on Sunday was Brother James Air (the Lord is My Shepherd), from Edinburgh. Then, I started working on a baby blanket for Amy's little guy-to-be and it called for Jamie yarn. I looked at the yarn I had picked out from Mom's big bag 'o garage sale yarn ( I had picked out the yarn before I had a pattern), and of course it was Jamie yarn! That just made me smile.

Oh yeah, off topic, but I'm still seeing the angel numbers. Go angels!
